Hi just in case for Cinema 4D, there is already Move by Maxon. With that's said it's always nice to have new plugins in Cinema 4D.
I have to admit I struggle a bit to understand if you ask for someone to help you to solve your issue or take over the Cinema 4D development of this plugin.
If this is the second one I would encourage you to be a bit more clear in order to maybe convince someone to take over.
