Abrasives for steelwork are produced
from various materials, including scraps
and alloys. Raw molten steel is
converted into a powder and then dried,
and some of the scraps are used as
steel grit. Some scraping materials are
transformed into swirling shapes and
are separated from the symmetrical
ones. Then, the powder is sorted into
various sizes and types. In addition to
steel grit, some shot particles are used
as steel grit, whereas others are made
into steel shot.
