Issues with my license

Hi, I'm having issues with my zbrush license. I says "failed to acquire a license. Please check the status of your licenses" and I just bought zbrush on the 17th. When I try to assign a license I get an error. I need this sort asap because I need it for work. I'm on a deadline right now.
