My requirement is to create a folder and store some images there. So Is there any SDK API (c++) to create and access the folder. If there is no API, then please tell me the way to create and access the folder. I have created a command plugin where I need to create a folder.

Have a look in the documentation at GeFile.
There is a GeFCreateDir function available, amongst others.

Depending your need you might want to use BrowseFiles to browse the files inside the folder.
Finally, have a look at the BaseFile, or HyperFile (depending your need).
